  1. Have you heard of GreenRope? It’s really similar to RightNow program, and my business has been using it for a long time. It makes managing CRM so much easier, so if you’re looking for a very user-friendly and effective program, I would give GreenRope a try too! I love it and I would recommend it to any small business.
