Good customer relationship management is something that always brings me back to a company.

I have a mental note of many different experiences myself either blacklisting companies or practices to watch out for.

I just wish my list of exceptional companies was a bit longer.

A good example of this for me;
I lost a cap to a reservoir, small little piece of plastic, so I emailed the company asking if I could buy another, they sent it out first class without charge - When I want to buy things now, I come to this company first.

On the other hand, I saw a blog from somebody who had a screw missing from the bottom of their laptop. The manufacturer demanded pictures of the missing screw and then forced the laptop to be sent back to them to have the screw fitted! - I avoid this company.
