		<description>Today when I went to log in, I found out their servers are &lt;b&gt;down for emergency maintenance&lt;/b&gt;.  This means lost sales opportunities for me.  I will be looking for a solution that can be installed on site.</description>

Stay away from Freecrm or CRMASP. My company has just gone through a remarkably horrible experience with them. We purchased their Premium Pro plan and the first invoice had hidden fees, then they tried to charge $10 million - yes you read correctly - $10 million. Rude customer service, I have to think this company is run by a bunch of teenagers in a basement somewhere.</description>

Does anyone know what is going on with this provider? 
They have had a system crash 17aug2010 when they were down for half a day and then seem to have lost at least two days of daya. They have not bothered to publish anything to inform their users and repeated calls to their help people get no information. (Seems they haven&#039;t event bothered to tall their own tech people).
This is a case study in how not to handle a system problem if you plan to stay in business.
