They have had a system crash 17aug2010 when they were down for half a day and then seem to have lost at least two days of daya. They have not bothered to publish anything to inform their users and repeated calls to their help people get no information. (Seems they haven’t event bothered to tall their own tech people).
This is a case study in how not to handle a system problem if you plan to stay in business.
